This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in broad exposure to a function/department within our organization. We are seeking students who are interested in long term career opportunities with Radian after graduation. This internship provides hands-on experience in software development, system operations, and collaborative project work. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, contribute to real-world projects, and strengthen both technical and professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

The specific responsibilities of the internship will be based on candidate's background, as well as with work and projects currently within the department.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Assist in designing, developing, testing, and debugging software applications.

* Use basic programming skills to write and maintain code.

* Apply Linux commands for file management, system navigation, and troubleshooting.

* Work with SAS for data analysis and reporting.

* Support database operations including querying, updating, and maintaining records.

* Participate in configuration tasks to set up environments and applications.

* Collaborate with the team using GIT for version control and code management.

* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.

* Engage in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and follow Agile practices.

* Document processes, prepare reports, and share knowledge with peers.

* Knowledge of GIT for version control.

* Awareness of CI/CD concepts and tools.

* Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Your Education

* Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

* MUST be graduating May or June 2026!
