Pathway Solar is seeking Independent Sales Consultants to join our door-to-door Community Solar sales program. We are growing and looking for fearless, hard-working, and motivated individuals to join our team. If you want uncapped earning potential in a high-growth industry with a supportive team, this is for you.

We offer uncapped commissions of $125 per sale plus weekly bonuses of $250-$500 and monthly bonuses of $500-$1500 based on production and kWh sales.

• 8 sales a week = $71,500 a year or $1,375 average per week
• 12 sales a week = $109,500 a year or $2,105 average per week
• 16 sales a week = $148,000 a year or $2,800 average per week
• 20+ sales a week = $174,000+ a year or $3,350+ average per week
