  • This is a senior, relationship-driven B2B sales role for professionals who know how to win complex, project-based work.
About the Role

Green Foundry Co. is growing its Outdoor Living division and is looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to build and expand relationships with:

  • Landscape designers and specifiers
  • Electrical contractors
  • Builders and specialty outdoor contractors

You’ll be selling premium outdoor lighting, fire pits, turf, and BBQ appliances to decision makers and contractors working on high level projects.

This role is for someone who understands how projects are won before they go to bid—and knows how to become a trusted partner, not just a vendor.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Developing and growing a territory through strategic relationship-building
  • Working upstream with designers, contractors, and builders to influence specifications
  • Managing a pipeline of mid-to-large project opportunities
  • Helping customers design, budget, and select outdoor living solutions
  • Driving repeat business through responsiveness, expertise, and follow-through
  • Collaborating internally to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience
  • Using CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and accountability
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
  • Have 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Have sold into the green industry, construction trades, or wholesale distribution
  • Are comfortable with longer sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
  • Have experience selling project-based or design-influenced solutions
  • Prefer building long‑term relationships over transactional selling
  • Are organized, disciplined, and take full ownership of your territory
  • Proven success managing a large book of business
  • Experience calling on contractors, designers, builders, or trade professionals
  • Strong communication skills—able to explain technical products clearly
  • CRM experience and solid pipeline management habits
  • A self‑starter mindset with a strong sense of accountability
