Location: Cherry Hill Township

We are seeking a motivated and resilient Inside Sales Representative to support our business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment and has experience selling into or working within the life sciences industry.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting
, generating qualified leads, and setting meetings for senior sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients in pharma, biotech, medical device, and med tech companies
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and executives)
  • Educate prospects on our recruiting services and value proposition
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for senior sales or leadership team members
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach activity in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and lead-generation targets
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting and leadership teams to align on target accounts
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of inside sales experience
    , preferably in:
  • Pharma/Biotechnology/Medical Device/Medical Technology
  • Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
Preferred Experience
  • Experience selling to scientific, clinical, or technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the life sciences hiring landscape
