We are seeking a motivated and resilient Inside Sales Representative to support our business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment and has experience selling into or working within the life sciences industry.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting
, generating qualified leads, and setting meetings for senior sales leadership.

- Make outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients in pharma, biotech, medical device, and med tech companies
- Identify and qualify decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and executives)
- Educate prospects on our recruiting services and value proposition
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for senior sales or leadership team members
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach activity in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and lead-generation targets
- Collaborate closely with recruiting and leadership teams to align on target accounts
- 2–5 years of inside sales experience
, preferably in: - Pharma/Biotechnology/Medical Device/Medical Technology
- Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Experience selling to scientific, clinical, or technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with the life sciences hiring landscape
