Overview

AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time) role at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. This position supports the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards, executing Floorsets, merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready.

• You have a passion for merchandising: support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets: drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are executed to Floorset standards (e.g., uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobers).
• Merchandising innovator: own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. identify opportunities and act with leadership to improve results.
• Teamwork: support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment so the store stays fresh.
• People focus: ensure the merchandising team’s priority is the guest experience; promote a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Integrity and safety: maintain store safety standards on the Sales floor and in the Stockroom; adhere to shrink-reducing strategies and AEO policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You value organization, attention to detail, and strong priority-setting and time management.
• You have flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends).
• You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.
