- Strong clinical, communication, and care skills.
- Able to follow care plans and collaborate with staff.
- Clinical Care:
Assist with ADLs and monitor resident health status. - Administer medications and treatments.
- Document resident care and report all changes.
- Follow physician orders and established care plans.
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
