As the Product Program Manager for Girl Scout of Central and Southern New Jersey, you will implement the Council’s two most extensive girl-led fundraising campaigns. You must exhibit leadership and experience in change management principles that influence volunteer and Girl Scout member engagement. You will also oversee the full operational aspects of an annual 10MM program, supervise a small team of specialists, and ensure efficient collaboration across departments.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience, with 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Solid technical skills with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, social networking tools, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies while understanding basic data quality principles.
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license, reliable vehicle with insurance, and ability to travel extensively across the council’s geography.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and transport at least 35 pounds as needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules to meet program needs.
Your duties as the Product Program Manager will include successfully performing the following:
Financial & Inventory Oversight:
Manage multi-million dollar budgets for Cookie and Fall Product Programs, monitor expenses, process orders, and assess inventory needs to ensure program efficiency.Strategic Program Planning:
