Senior Accounting Manager – Visible, Growth-Focused Opportunity | Hybrid 1–2 Days | $185K + Bonus

My client was recently acquired by a very large international company, creating tremendous growth across their finance organization. They’re expanding quickly and adding a Senior Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements across the business.

This is a high-visibility role that sits at the center of the organization’s growth strategy. You’ll work closely with the Controller, FP&A, and corporate leadership, while mentoring a talented team and building scalable processes to support continued expansion.

The position offers direct exposure to senior leadership, involvement in M&A integration and system transformation, and the opportunity to help shape a best-in-class accounting function that will serve as the foundation for the company’s next phase of growth.

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA required; public accounting experience required.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls
• Proven team leadership and people development experience
• Track record of driving process improvement and implementing efficiencies

The right person will be a hands-on, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll oversee the month-end close, lead and mentor the accounting team, and collaborate with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
