We are looking for a hands-on and dynamic Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team. In this leadership role, you will work closely with Warehouse Associates and Leads, guiding them to achieve departmental goals related to safety, performance, culture, and quality. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, you will set the standard for operational excellence, ensuring the success of your team through data-driven decision-making and values-based leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery.

Manage shift scheduling to align with operational hours and demand volume.

Lead teams to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

Implement and drive continuous process improvement practices across the team.

Adjust labor allocation as needed to meet and exceed production plans and forecasts.

Provide hands-on coaching, training, and development to Warehouse Associates and Leads to ensure efficient processes and procedures.

Foster a team culture that values collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Use data analysis and technology, including Warehouse Management System (WMS), to solve operational challenges and optimize processes.

Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.

Maintain accurate records, including reports, schedules, and operational data.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across the organization.

Qualifications:

5+ years of fulfillment or distribution experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role supervising diverse teams.

Proven ability to meet key performance metrics and drive team success in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to engage and develop team members.

Demonstrated ability to solve operational problems through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.

Proficient with warehouse technology, including WMS system functionality.

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Ability to work in a cooler and freezer environment with temperatures ranging from
-5°F to 40°F.

Physically capable of standing for long periods, moving boxes, bending, and lifting up to 60 lbs.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

A team player with the ability to partner cross-functionally and support organizational goals.
