- Own and operate the end‑to‑end Incident Management process, ensuring standardized stages, roles, escalation paths, and SLAs are followed.
- Lead response to critical incidents, coordinating across cross‑functional teams to restore service quickly.
- Assess business impact and urgency to prioritize resolution efforts and allocate required resources.
- Provide timely, accurate communication and status updates to stakeholders, leadership, and impacted users.
- Maintain detailed incident records, drive post‑incident reviews, and ensure quality documentation.
- Drive root cause investigation of high‑impact or recurring incidents using structured RCA methodologies.
- Identify patterns, trends, and systemic failures from incident history and monitoring telemetry.
- Work with engineering, operations, and application teams to define permanent fixes and preventive controls.
- Track problem records through resolution, ensuring remediation plans are fully implemented.
Certification: ITIL certification is a great plus
