The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 4 years of experience in SharePoint technologies
• Knowledge of SharePoint 2013/2016 APP developments and Office 365 (SharePoint Online)
• Significant experience in delivering SharePoint-based intranet and collaboration solutions
• Expert knowledge in SharePoint Infrastructure, Application, Search, and Integration architecture
• Experience in SharePoint upgrade and migrations
• Proven skills in areas of defining enterprise collaboration strategy, articulating solution value & benefits, UX, social technologies, and change management
• Proven solution delivery experience in leading large, geographically distributed teams
• At least 1 year of experience in Design and architecture review
• At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience in the Utilities domain
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
