Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician for a 2-month contract in Cherry Hill, NJ 08003.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Contract Duration: 2 months
Required Skills & Experience- 5 years of field service technician experience.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and cable installation.
- Break-fix experience with laptops, desktops, printers, and servers.
- Smart hands network experience, rack n stack, cable management.
- CompTIA A and Network preferred (or 5 years of relevant experience)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use a ladder (up to 10 ft reach).
- General contractor skills (drill usage, etc.). Light contractor work, such as drilling through and mounting hardware into walls and countertops, may be required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting.
- Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Provide on-site support for staff
- Hardware and Software install and configuration experience.
- Perform quarterly preventative maintenance (some after-hours required)
- Terminate, test, and replace network cables (Cat5/Cat6/Cat7).
- Organize and manage cable layouts for optimal performance
- Train staff on new systems.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and configurations.
- Track hardware, software licenses, and inventory levels.
- Assist with rollout and upgrade projects
- Maintain secure and efficient network infrastructure.
- Support online ordering and delivery platforms
