* - Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certifications (CISA required; other certifications like CISSP, CPA, CIA, CFE are a plus).
- Expertise in Internal Auditing, Information Technology, and Fraud Investigation.

- Experience with IT infrastructure, operations, and application audits.
- Knowledge of Government Auditing Standards and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
- Familiarity with SAP ERP and audit management software.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and data analytics software like Diligent (formerly ACL/Galvanize).
