Job Title Outpatient Clinician

• Provides range of clinical services to include assessment of individual, group, and/or departmental needs, outpatient treatment, referral, crisis intervention and psycho-educational training.

• Facilitates a resolution of the crisis within the least restrictive environment possible
• Engage and assess consumer strengths and needs
• Develop individual service plan to address presenting problems
• Provide individual, family and group therapy address identified needs and presenting problems
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary
• Collaborate with other service providers
• Advocate for consumers and families within all systems involved
• Provide psychoeducation
• Provide supportive telephone contact with families as needed
• Maintain clinical records
• Attend supervision as required
• Attend intra-agency and interagency meetings as required
• Maintain required level of service
• Develop and facilitate psycho educational/counseling groups to clients

• Education:
  
  Master's degree
• Experience:
  
  1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

As an Outpatient Clinician, you will work in an outpatient setting located in Cherry Hill, Camden County NJ.

NJ Clinical License (LCSW, LPC, LAC, LSW)

Master’s degree (MA, MS, MSW) in a recognized mental health discipline;

Clinical experience working with individuals, and/or families;

Driver's License in good standing.

Must be willing to work at least 1-2 evenings/weekend days

Must carry a caseload of at least 8-10 clients weekly after 120 days of employment
