As a Mental Health Advocate, you will work within our PACT program located in Cherry Hill, Camden County, NJ.

• Be a fully integrated member of the PACT team, providing clinical assessment, service planning, wellness counseling, case management, and documentation to meet client needs. Focus on advocating for service needs and coordinating entitlements and benefits.
• Locate safe and affordable housing for individuals served, coordinate housing subsidy processes with individuals, landlords, DMHAS, and Supportive Housing Connection.
• Manage representative payee duties, including support for social security, budget development, and coordination with Oaks' accounting department.
• Support Vocational Specialists to create opportunities for employment, volunteering, or returning to school for individuals served.

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health science plus two years of post-bachelor’s experience in mental health services.
