High Focus Centers in Cherry Hill is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals. We are currently seeking a Licensed Counselor to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services to our co-occurring adolescent clients (ages 10-18).

Position Details- Address: 53 Haddonfield Rd Suite 330, Cherry Hill Township, NJ 08002
- Schedule:
Typically Monday - Friday 9:30am-5:30pm (may have one evening per week) - Salary: $52,000/year - $60,000/year (with monthly merit and referral bonus opportunities!)
- Provide elite-level care to adolescents seeking treatment by evaluating behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs
- Provide personalized treatment plans specific to individual needs
- Facilitate all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact
- Provide detailed and personalized aftercare planning and community outreach resources/referrals
- Other duties as assigned
- REQUIRED:
Masters Degree in Human Services or related field - Preferred: LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC (or are in the process of obtaining)
- Preferred: 1 year (minimum) working with adolescent populations, Co-occurring, and/or Substance Use Disorder experience
