Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate personal care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document patient health status, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
• Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
• Experience in home and community care, including senior care and caregiving
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
• Skills in patient observation and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
