The Role
Interactive Kids is seeking experienced BCBAs to join our Elementary Learners team. As a Part‑Time, Per Diem, Behavior Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients and families in their homes or communities to provide high‑quality, individualized ABA consultation services during evenings and weekends.
This flexible role is perfect for professionals looking to pick up hours around another job or gain experience with in‑home services — while still being part of a supportive, mission‑driven team.
What You Can Expect- Evening and weekend cases only
- Minimum of 10 hours of availability required
- Sick time accrual (as per NJ law)
- Must complete 8‑hour supervision training prior to start date
- Access to free CEUs if attending PD days (optional, unpaid)
- NSO stipend provided
- Crisis and CPR available at no cost (unpaid time)
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum of 1-year BCBA Experience providing ABA consultation in home or community settings, Required
- Ability to function independently as a consultant
- Availability between 2:30 and 8 pm on weekdays with some weekend hours
- Maintain between 10 and 31 billable hours per
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to complete required onboarding prior to first session
