Junior Civil Engineer – Land Development & Site Design
South Jersey

A well-established and respected civil engineering firm in South Jersey is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join its landmark development and site design team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career engineer to gain hands‑on experience and mentorship while working on a variety of commercial, residential, and municipal projects.

• Assist with site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design
• Support stormwater management design and calculations
• Prepare construction drawings and technical exhibits using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Assist with permit applications and agency submissions
• Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, and other design disciplines
• Provide support during construction administration as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or closely related field)
• 0–2 years of civil engineering or internship experience
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
• Exposure to land development and site design a plus
• EIT or ability to obtain EIT preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
