Join Right At School as a Head Teacher for the Cherry Hill School District.

Compensation: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (based on education and experience)

Program

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 7:15 am–9:30 am and 3:15 pm–6:00 pm

• Deliver quality enrichment programs for children using our internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
• Develop and coach a team passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment
• Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
• Instill the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!)
• Manage and maintain safety standards, including supervision and program paperwork

• Prior experience supervising others
• High school diploma or GED completed
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field
• Strong communication skills – oral, written, and visual with adults and children
• Capacity to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn
• Completed post‑secondary degree in Education, Psychology, Health Care, Nursing, or related field; or teaching certification:
  Elementary Education, Nursery School, Preschool to Third Grade (P‑3), or Teacher of the Handicapped
• Teaching certification from the Department of Education
• Montessori education equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree
• Head Teacher endorsement from the New Jersey Registry for Childhood Professionals or Professional Impact New Jersey
