Non-Interventional PM&R Physician

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient, office-based practice
• No call, nights, or weekends
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM –5:00 PM

• Patient population primarily personal injury cases with some workers’ compensation
• Collaborative multidisciplinary team including neurology and rehabilitation services
• Privately owned, well‑established practice with strong administrative support

• Year 1 base salary: $300,000–$350,000+
• Year 2:
  Transition to a draw on a percentage of collections

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Completion of an ACGME‑accredited PM&R residency
• Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience with personal injury or workers’ compensation cases preferred, but not required
