We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk to become a key member of our dental practice. In this full‑time position, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk while delivering exceptional customer service to our patients.

As the first point of contact for our office, you will greet patients warmly and manage check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dentrix is important. Your responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling incoming calls and emails, collecting patient information, and maintaining accurate records.

We prefer candidates with prior experience in a dental clinic setting, showcasing a strong understanding of dental terminology and administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment are essential traits for success in this role. Candidates without a dental background but some college who are interested in starting a career in health management are encouraged to apply.
