Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in exterior remodeling: siding, windows, doors, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage field crews effectively
• In-depth knowledge of residential asphalt roofing systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with CRM, scheduling, and project management software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Experience managing HOA and multifamily roofing projects
