Our Drivers are essential to ensuring children experience safe, reliable transportation between educational environments.

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational environments with a positive, reassuring attitude.
• Maintain a safe and violation-free driving record.
• Ensure child safety by regularly maintaining vehicle functionality and by following the company’s safety procedures with the school director.
• Contribute in a caring, compassionate manner and demonstrate enthusiasm for the role.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Understanding of all current state and local regulations.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility regarding hours and work schedule.
• Experience working in a licensed childcare facility strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Salary dependent on experience and level of education.

The Hourly pay rate range for this position is $18.00 to $22.00 hourly. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
