Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Cherry Hill, NJ. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day office administration, handle correspondence, maintain records, schedule appointments, and provide executive administrative support as needed. This role ensures smooth office operations and serves as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage office tasks and support Administrative Manager
- Construction background, AIA billing experience, overall contract management
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as maintaining records, managing schedules, and organizing office operations.
- Exceptional Communication skills and proficiency in Phone Etiquette for professional interaction with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite/Advanced Quick Books or Intuit Enterprise Solutions or other accounting software
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently.
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
- An associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be within a short manageable commute to the office
