Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Cherry Hill, NJ. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day office administration, handle correspondence, maintain records, schedule appointments, and provide executive administrative support as needed. This role ensures smooth office operations and serves as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage office tasks and support Administrative Manager
  • Construction background, AIA billing experience, overall contract management
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as maintaining records, managing schedules, and organizing office operations.
  • Exceptional Communication skills and proficiency in Phone Etiquette for professional interaction with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite/Advanced Quick Books or Intuit Enterprise Solutions or other accounting software
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be within a short manageable commute to the office
