Soni’s Client is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to support firm growth and lead a high‑performing tax team.

$150,000 to $160,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

• Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff across multiple engagements.
• Review individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and estate tax returns.
• Manage full engagement lifecycle from planning through delivery.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to support staff development.
• Communicate directly with clients; build and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate workflow across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Support business development through networking and community involvement.
• Stay updated on tax laws and accounting standards.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA license required.
• 6–8+ years of progressive public accounting experience (tax focus).
• Proven experience reviewing a wide range of tax return types.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Experience managing engagements independently.
• Proficiency with CCH Access and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
