Warehouse and Logistics Incharge Warehouse Function
1. Plan the information flow for end-to-end warehouse processes from order initiation to receiving, handling, distribution and storage
2. Plan cargo consolidation plants to identify savings in space, cost and efficiency
3. Select and deploy material handling systems
4. Manage supply chain security operations
5. Manage cargo handling schedules that consider timeline and resource factors
6. Develop warehouse planning methods
7. Manage and Monitoring of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
8. Responsible for entire warehousing activity and ensure that the warehouse operations are running smoothly Logistics Function
1. Take responsibility for the success or failure of material shipping and delivery schedule
2. Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to freight transportation
3. Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rate and routing
4. Responisble for establishing specific supply chain based performance measurement systems
5. Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers
6. Work with and monitor the efforts of partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations
7. Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for management
8. Monitor deliveries on time and ensure customer satisfaction Inventory Maintenance & Safety Stock and minimum lot monitoring and adjustment, inventory monitoring

Monitor safety stock and minimum lot size on monthly basis, adjust safety stock and minimum lot size based on updated information (consumption, forecast), keep safety stock adjustment record for further reference.
Monitor stock level and find out stock days on hand destroyer, work with related Depts. or supplier to define proper lot size or MOQ, control the inventory to a reasonable level. # Maintenance of Inventory, Inbound, outbound monitoring, Material Put away , Raw materials, WIP,FG maintenance and Reporting Excise, Tax , Customs & Local distribution knowledge. To handle filing of monthly excise returns and other local regulations/staturoy norms with respect to Tax/customs etc.

On request by the superior manager, the employee, besides his actual functions, can be involved to do other tasks which do not correspond to his activities sphere. These tasks come from some company requirements and should last a short and limited time.
