Field Executive

Job Purpose:

The Vehicle Onboarding Porter supports the vehicle intake and delivery process by receiving, inspecting, transporting, and preparing vehicles for customer delivery, service, or inventory intake.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and log newly delivered vehicles from transport carriers.
Conduct initial inspection of incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and equipment compliance.
Move vehicles safely between service bays, delivery areas, storage lots, or showrooms.
Install temporary plates, charge batteries, check fluid levels, and perform other basic prep work.
Wash and clean vehicles as needed for display or customer delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicle storage areas and parking lots.
Assist with vehicle photography, scanning VINs, and updating internal inventory systems.
Support service, sales, or logistics teams with vehicle movement and customer coordination.
Ensure all vehicles are handled carefully and comply with safety and quality standards.
Report any damage, mechanical issues, or discrepancies immediately to management.
Skills &

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Basic knowledge of vehicles and inspections preferred.
Physically able to walk, stand, and move vehicles for extended periods.
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in an automotive or logistics environment is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
May involve shift work, weekends, or extended hours.
Frequent movement of vehicles in tight spaces.
Requires safety gear and adherence to traffic and safety protocols.
