Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage client communication and operational coordination for employee transportation and people logistics services. The role involves handling daily transport schedules, addressing employee and client concerns, coordinating with drivers and route managers, and ensuring safe, timely, and efficient movement of personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and transported employees.

Coordinate daily employee transport schedules and route allocations.

Monitor trip status, delays, and vehicle movements in real time.

Handle employee queries related to pickup/drop timing, route changes, or service issues.

Escalate operational issues (vehicle breakdowns, driver absence, delays) to the operations team promptly.

Maintain accurate trip records, attendance logs, and service reports.

Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Collect and document customer feedback to improve service quality.

Assist in resolving billing discrepancies related to trips or routes.

Support emergency coordination when required.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in customer service, transportation coordination,

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-volume calls and real-time coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office and transport management systems (TMS).

Ability to work in rotational shifts
