Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Strength and Conditioning Coach. The Strength and Conditioning Coach will be responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs, improving athletic performance, preventing injuries, and leading training sessions. The Strength and Conditioning Coach will also be responsible for monitoring progress and adjusting programs as needed, as well as educating clients on proper techniques and nutrition.

Qualifications
Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning skills
Athletic Performance and Injury Prevention skills
Strength Training skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, or related field
Experience working with individuals or groups in a fitness setting
Certifications such as NSCA-CSCS, ACE, or NASM preferred
Experience in coaching athletes in various sports is a plus
