Key Responsibilities
Perform manual and hydraulic torque tightening of bolts and flange joints.
Carry out hydraulic bolt tensioning.
Follow tightening sequences, torque charts, and joint integrity procedures.
Inspect bolts, nuts, gaskets, and lubrication before assembly.
Operate and maintain torque wrenches, hydraulic pumps, and bolting tools.
Prepare torque reports, tightening records, and job documentation.
Identify flange leakage, damaged fasteners, and joint defects.
Follow site safety rules, PPE requirements, permit systems, and LOTO.
Support shutdown, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
