Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled EV Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electric motorcycles with precision and efficiency. The role involves handling mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all vehicles meet safety and manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in EV components, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to document service activities accurately.
A commitment to continuous learning, teamwork, and adherence to workplace safety and 5S practices is essential.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using advanced test equipment and diagnostic software.
Inspect, repair, and replace components such as motors, controllers, batteries, wiring harnesses, brakes, suspension, and drive systems.
Ability to replace faulty subassemblies with recommended procedures.
Perform routine maintenance, including software updates, battery health checks, and scheduled parts replacement.
Conduct functional and safety tests after repairs, ensuring all systems operate as per manufacturer specifications.
Document all service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and customer concerns accurately.
Follow workplace safety regulations and manufacturer service guidelines throughout all operations.
Stay updated on new EV technology, tools, and service techniques through training and continuous learning.
Collaborate with team members for complex diagnoses and repairs.
Ability to follow and sustain 5S in the workplace.
