The VM Operations Executive will be responsible to drive the execution of visual merchandising plans across retail stores in the region. This role ensures consistent brand presentation through timely implementation of marketing campaigns, store displays, and product highlights. The role demands strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to support store teams in maintaining high visual standards.
Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising Execution
Execute visual merchandising plans, guidelines, and standards for stores within the region.
Ensure consistency with brand image and visual merchandising policies.
Store Visits and Execution:
Conduct regular visits to retail stores to audit and evaluate VM execution.
Guide and support store teams to resolve display issues and maintain compliance with VM guidelines.
Visual Merchandising Guidelines and Training:
Update and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Provide hands-on training and support store teams to ensure understanding and proper execution of VM principles.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform visual merchandising strategies.
Provide regular reports on visual merchandising initiatives, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including store operations, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Communicate visual merchandising strategies, guidelines, and best practices to store teams and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising,(jewellery background preferred).
Strong coordination, team work and process orientation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong visual merchandising and design skills.
Knowledge in visual merchandising software and tools
Open to travel extensively within the region
