Roles and Responsibilities:

Achieve high level of awareness of current fashion trends in own categories of products keeping target customer profile and competition in mind through regular brand study.

• Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

• Hiring, training and scheduling-Recruit, train and schedule employees to ensure adequate staffing levels.

• Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.

• Address and resolve conflicts between employees or with customers.

• Oversee inventory levels, order products and ensure stock is available to meet customer demand.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

• Plan and implement store layouts and display to maximize sales and customer experience.

• Oversee the receiving, processing and storage of inventory.

• Manage the store's budget, track expenses and analyze financial reports.

• Set and work towards achieving Sales targets.

• Implement strategies to control costs and improve profitability.

• Customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations.

• Implement and enforce security measures to prevent theft and other losses.
