About the Role:

As an Apprentice / WILP Trainee at BSH Home Appliances, you will gain hands-on experience in the production and manufacturing processes of home appliances.

Responsibilities:

Learning & Understanding Production Processes:
Gain insights into the key production stages involved in manufacturing home appliances, from assembly to testing.
Assisting in Assembly & Testing:
Help with the assembly and quality testing of home appliances, ensuring all products meet company standards.
Operating Production Machinery:
Operate and monitor production machinery under the guidance of senior technicians and supervisors.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with experienced technicians to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Training & Skill Development:
Participate in training programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge of production procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to ongoing initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, efficiency, and product quality.
Adherence to Deadlines:
Support production schedules by ensuring tasks are completed on time and in line with operational targets.

Qualifications:

Educational

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/Diplomo in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or Automobile Engineering (AUE),ITI,Any Graduation Degree
Interest in Manufacturing: A strong passion for manufacturing processes, home appliance technologies, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and precision in completing tasks and ensuring high-quality outputs.
Basic Technical Knowledge: A foundational understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is desirable.
Willingness to Learn:
Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment.
Communication & Teamwork:
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Instruction Adherence:
Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute tasks as per given guidelines.
