An Ideal Candidate:
An ideal candidate should have 4 –6 years of experience in Production Engineer, Excellent knowledge of the solar module / Automobile / Semiconductor manufacturing process. Deep Understanding of plant efficiency methods
Key

Competencies:

1. Monitor completion of daily, weekly and Monthly production targets adhering to defined standards of cost, quality and time for own plant. Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures of the manufacturing process.
2. Ensure efficiency management by analyzing the consumption pattern of various raw material/intermediate products, power and fuel utilization; understand deviations from the expected consumption pattern and initiate action if required.
3. Guide the development and adherence to SOPs for all production, quality and maintenance processes;
Lead implementation of ISO, OHSAS certifications.
4.Oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule and downtime is reduced in order to maximize unit uptime and optimize capacity utilization of the Unit.
5. Monitor Plant OEE/OLE to ensure optimum utilization of assets and resources on a weekly basis;
Monitor loss due to breakdown of critical machines/lines and direct resolution.
6. Monitor safety programs and resolve issues to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for the employees;
Initiate prompt action to prevent or control abnormal/emergency breakdown conditions.
