POSITION SUMMARY
This is a role in the Talent Management (TM) function that is responsible for driving Competency Mapping, Talent Reviews, Individual Development Plans, Succession Planning, and other talent management initiatives.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Familiarize self with the Competency Mapping exercise - execute as per scope and business requirements.
Help drive the Talent Reviews framework for the discussion of top and critical talent.
Project manage and schedule Talent Reviews.
Manage governance on action items from the Talent Reviews.
Interact with senior leaders on a regular basis to (i) enable their learning journey and (ii) capture learner feedback and inputs.
Identify metrics and maintain dashboards for the completion and governance of TM initiatives.
Manage key (ad hoc) TM projects as and when required.
Help implement the TM program's in collaboration with the participants, and other key stakeholders.
Help in providing monthly dashboards/reports on Talent Management interventions.
Work with virtual/ cross-functional teams globally
