Manager – Acquisition Sales (Team Handling)

Qualifications:
MBA with minimum 2.5 years of sales experience , including at least 1 year of team handling experience
Strong academic background
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Job Description:
Lead and manage a team of 3–4 acquisition executives , ensuring high performance and achievement of business targets.
Drive new client acquisition by strategically planning and executing sales activities across the assigned territory.
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly acquisition targets .
Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular training, field visits, and performance reviews.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
Ensure effective pipeline management, timely follow-ups, and closure of sales opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular field visits along with the team to drive productivity and improve conversion rates.
