Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled  Senior Project Manager  to lead projects within the  US Healthcare Provider Business , specifically focusing on  Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)  or  Accounts Receivable (AR) . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in  project management and transition management , with the ability to drive operational excellence, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for RCM/AR processes.
Manage transition of new projects, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and client-specific requirements.
Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in  Project Management  within the US Healthcare domain (RCM/AR).
Strong expertise in  Transition Management  and handling large-scale migrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in  US shifts .
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
8–12 years of overall experience, with at least 4–5 years in a senior project management role.
