Standardize SLAs, KPIs, reporting structures, and governance models to ensure consistent and measurable service delivery across regions and customer environments.
Develop detailed pricing, costing, and packaging frameworks that support modular, scalable, and commercially competitive facility management offerings.
Embed sustainability and energy optimization practices, including PUE improvement and carbon-aware operations, into baseline service definitions.
Collaborate with automation and CoE teams to integrate remote monitoring, analytics, and command-center driven operational capabilities.
Create detailed delivery playbooks, SOP libraries, and transition methodologies to enable predictable and repeatable global execution.
Monitor service performance trends and customer feedback to drive structured continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
