• Leads large-scale projects effectively, managing a diverse team of professionals and overseeing project scope, budget, and schedules to optimize productivity.
• Serves as the primary technical and procedural advisor for the team, collaborating closely with project management and other disciplines.
• Implements lessons learned and value engineering to enhance project outcomes, while ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• Manages extensive use of corporate tools and procedures, participates in department interview panels as required, and coordinates seamlessly with other disciplines.
• Evaluates team members' needs, assesses performance, provides direction and guidance, resolves conflicts, and promotes self-certification within the team.
• Manages NVATs and/or COs.
