What You Will Do

Draft clear, accurate, and regulator-ready SAR narratives based on investigation findings
Ensure SARs address the who, what, when, where, why, and how of suspicious activity
File SARs within prescribed regulatory timelines
Review escalated cases and identify financial crime typologies and red flags
Maintain complete documentation and audit trails for all SAR filings
Address QA feedback and support remediation efforts
Collaborate with investigators, QA, and compliance stakeholders
Guide junior analysts on SAR quality and narrative standards

What You Will Need

Strong knowledge of AML regulations and SAR filing requirements
Hands-on experience in SAR drafting and filing
Excellent written communication and narrative-building skills
Strong analytical and critical-thinking ability
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Law, or related field
3–4 years of experience in SAR creation

CAMS / CFE / ICA certification preferred
