Role Summary

We are seeking a German language expert responsible for translating, proofreading, and editing content to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, managing language projects, and maintaining high standards of quality in all German language materials. Proficiency in German and excellent attention to detail are essential.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for a variety of mandates related to EDM, payroll and travel processing requests.
In addition to processing payroll, you will be working closely with German customers, answering their queries and providing the solutions within the SLA.
You assist the internal team (process experts) in understanding the German language and together achieve the target of the team
You will actively support in translating documents from German to English and visa versa.
Maintenance of organizational structure
Preparation and delivery of reports
Train and guide other team members.
Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position.

Experience And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpreting, or related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience related experience would be added advantage.
Proficient in German language (B2,C1).
SAP experience would be added advantage.
Enjoy communication with clients.
Digital affinity and openness to learning and trying new things.
