We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can own client accounts end-to-end — from strategy and content planning to client communication and performance reporting. The role requires strong coordination with internal creative teams and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance content, insights, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end social media accounts for assigned clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and updates.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
- Coordinate with design, content, and video teams for timely content delivery.
- Monitor social media trends, reels formats, and platform updates.
- Track engagement, reach, and campaign performance across platforms.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports and insights to clients.
- Ensure quality, brand consistency, and deadline adherence across all posts.
- Use AI tools for content ideation, captions, research, and reporting efficiency.
- Identify campaign opportunities and growth strategies for client accounts.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts in a digital agency.
- Strong client coordination and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and short-form video trends.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing workflows.
