As a Business Analyst at effy, you will be at the forefront of working directly with customers
across the globe, solving interesting business problems in Data, ITSM, CRM, HR/Mar-Tech,
Productivity & Collaboration. You will be joining a culture-first team of domain experts who

An ideal day at effy will see you working closely with the BA, Dev team, and customers to
brainstorm, identify the right implementation, build, and deploy your solution for customers

What You Will Do
Work directly with customers to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements
Conduct discovery sessions, requirement gathering workshops, and stakeholder discussions
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical solution designs
Create BRDs, solution documents, process flows, and implementation plans
Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure requirements are correctly implemented
Design integration logic, data mapping, and system workflows
Support QA cycles, testing validation, and defect triaging
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Prepare deployment and handover documentation
Support customer training and post-implementation transitions
Take ownership of project deliverables and customer success
What You Bring
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration concepts
Working knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals
Familiarity with middleware, microservices architecture, or integration patterns
Ability to understand technical implementations and translate them into a business context
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with customers, developers, QA, and product teams
Experience Requirements
1–3 years of experience working in Technical Implementation, Business Analysis, or QA roles
Exposure to SaaS platforms, integrations, or system implementations is preferred
Side projects or personal builds demonstrating technical understanding are encouraged
