· 5+ years in employee communications and engagement for a global workforce; operations, or program management, preferably in a technology or fintech environment.
· Proven ability in leading programs, managing cross-functional teams, developing executive-level presentations, and driving large-scale projects across multiple sites.
· Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; passion for business strategy, inclusion, and creating impactful employee experiences.
· Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive results, influence without authority, and deliver against tight deadlines.
· Strong process mindset, change agility, and resilience.
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
· Knowledge of communications channels, business operations, analytics, employee listening, and the payments/fintech domain preferred.
