Required Skills &
Qualifications:
9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Associate Business Analyst.
Strong expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation, and process analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL basics, data analytics, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience working with CRM/ERP systems or enterprise applications.
Preferred
Skills:
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, BPM (Business Process Modeling), or process re-engineering.
Experience in end-to-end implementations, system migrations, or digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with API concepts, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
