Senior SFCC Developer

What you’ll do:

Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Headless architecture)
Implement and support headless commerce solutions using APIs (OCAPI, SCAPI)
Develop and maintain integrations with OMS, ERP, payment gateways, and other third-party systems
Build and enhance REST-based services and middleware integrations
Lead backend development for order lifecycle, promotions, catalog, pricing, and checkout flows
Implement custom cartridges, controllers, hooks, and job frameworks
Optimize performance across storefront and API layers
Collaborate with frontend developers to enable seamless headless storefront integrations
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in security, performance, and maintainability
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
Work closely with Product Owners, QA, Architects, and Integration teams to ensure end-to-end delivery

What we seek in you:
5–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud development
Strong understanding of SFCC architecture, Business Manager, and order lifecycle management
Proven experience in headless commerce implementations
Hands-on experience with OCAPI, SCAPI, and custom API development
Strong experience integrating third-party systems (OMS, ERP, payment gateways, fraud tools, tax engines, shipping providers)
Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), ISML, controllers, and cartridge architecture
Experience working with REST APIs and middleware integrations
Strong understanding of checkout customization and promotions engine

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models and API-first architecture
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take technical ownership of modules
