About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and creative  Funnel Hacker  who can design, optimize, and scale high-converting marketing funnels. The ideal candidate understands consumer psychology, conversion strategies, landing page optimization, automation tools, and paid traffic ecosystems.
This role requires a strong blend of strategy, data analysis, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels (lead generation, webinar funnels, sales funnels, product launches).
Analyze funnel performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates) and implement data-driven improvements.
Create high-converting landing pages, sales pages, upsell/downsell sequences, and email automation workflows.
Conduct A/B testing to improve conversions across landing pages, ads, and email sequences.
Collaborate with content, design, and paid ads teams to ensure cohesive funnel execution.
Track and report performance metrics with actionable insights.
Identify bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to improve overall funnel efficiency.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in funnel building / growth marketing / performance marketing.
Strong understanding of consumer psychology and buyer journeys.

Experience with tools like Click Funnels, Go High Level , Kajabi, Webflow, Word Press, etc.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Basic copywriting skills for landing pages and email sequences.
