As a LIQ Functional Analyst you will support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by the identification of business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.

To be a successful LIQ Functional Analyst, you should have experience with:

Loan IQ expertise — hands‑on experience across core modules (agency, bilateral, secondary trading), with the ability to translate business needs into functional designs leveraging Loan IQ functionality.
Wholesale Lending domain knowledge — proven knowledge of syndicated lending and loan trading, with an understanding of the interactions and interdependencies across Operations, Risk, Finance and Treasury.
Leadership of analysis activity for complex change delivery — demonstrable experience of setting direction, driving requirements (epics/features/stories) using a variety of analysis techniques and artefacts, evaluating solution options, defining end‑to‑end solutions and leading governance/traceability through to delivery, collaborating across the business and functions to deliver end to end solutions.

Additional Relevant Skills Given Below Are Highly Valued

Agile delivery & tooling — experienced with Jira/Confluence, sprint ceremonies, and working with cross-functional pods to deliver complex business and technical change
Data & integration awareness — familiarity with typical upstream/downstream interfaces for wholesale lending platforms
Design Authority / risk & controls — experience contributing to governance forums (e.g., WL Design Authority), with a strong control mindset

This role is based in Chennai/Pune.

Purpose of the role

To support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by the identification of business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.

Accountabilities

Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
